When I graduated in my third year of high school... I had a beak nose surgery. They
removed the beak part and used autologous cartilage from my ear to slightly raise the tip of my nose.
Even for almost four months after the surgery, it was still a bit obvious that I had surgery and it looked artificial. But now that it's almost been a year and I look at it, it looks so natural and I'm very satisfied. I feel so comfortable because I can think of it as my own nose.
