It's been 5 years since I had my nose done. I had silicone inserted, and at first the contour looked prominent, but it became more natural as time went by. I felt a bit of pressure, but after about a year, I became comfortable. I think some people might be reluctant to use implants, but it hasn't been 10 or 20 years since I had the surgery, and as of now, there has been no change in shape at all, and it feels comfortable, just like my original nose.
