 I had a lot of stress about my nose before, so
I had a nose job once.
The height of my nose bridge is fine, but
my nose tip started to sag like an arrow nose, and
I didn't like the nose bridge line either.
I never thought I would have a second surgery, but
when my nose tip fell and I became dissatisfied with its shape,

many noses similar to mine.
I had the second surgery using silicone on my nose bridge, septum, and donated ribs.
It's been about a month
and there's still some swelling, but
I could definitely see an improvement in my overall nose tip sag and the nose bridge line.
I decided to have a second surgery because of my nose sag,
but my nose got prettier after the second surgery,
so I feel really good about it...? It was hard to figure out,
but I 'm so glad that the results are so good.
