I had my nose tip reduced. As I got older, my nose got flatter, so I asked for a more refined look that wouldn't show, and it's the look I was hoping for.
I had it done with minimal incisions inside the nose to improve the sagging of the alar base and the curvature of the alar base. People around me were asking, "What did you do?" but I just said, "What did you do?"
