I visited three hospitals, and I wanted a non-prosthetic nose that didn't use donated ribs or costal cartilage, but used only the nasal septum and ear cartilage. The only place that allowed me to do all of these was Director Lee Ju-cheol of Sugar Plastic Surgery.
I went with a plan to cut the beak and raise the tip of my nose with cartilage. As a result of the surgery, it's been about a month since I had it, and my nose looks more natural than the people around me who had it done a long time ago.
