 I had a complex about my long and hooked nose, so I thought about getting surgery for a long time, but after the consultation at K-Plus, I became confident and got the surgery.
Unlike other places where you consult with the head of the consulting room, I liked that I could have a comprehensive consultation with the director. To be honest, I didn’t know what kind of nose line would suit me, so I told them about celebrities I thought were pretty and asked them to do the line that suited me.
At other places, they recommended osteotomy + hooked nose shaving + nose bridge silicone + donated ribs, but at K-Plus, they said it was possible with custom silicone + ear cartilage, so I think that’s why I made my final choice with K-Plus :) Not only that, the director was very kind and I strongly felt that he cared for his patients.
After the surgery, I only had difficulty breathing when there was cotton in my nose, and I didn’t have any other discomfort! I had a little pain in my nose until the second day, but it was better than I expected because it was relieved by taking Tylenol.
I also slept sitting up until the second day, and after that, I slept lying down with my pillow high in the right position. The bruising and swelling seemed to be less severe than my friends'. On the third day, my eyes were a little swollen, so I bought some anti-swelling medicine from the pharmacy and took it. I think it helped a lot. I tried hard to use cold compresses, hot compresses, and walk a lot. In fact, I only ate what I wanted to eat and didn't eat very spicy foods like tteokbokki.
For aftercare, I had one anti-swelling laser treatment when the cotton was removed, and one anti-swelling laser treatment when the cast was removed. I also had an anti-swelling injection between my eyebrows because I had a little swelling. I was grateful because they asked me if I had any questions every time I went. I didn't have any questions, but I felt like they were thinking of the patient.
Let's talk about the most important result after the surgery! In conclusion, I'm completely satisfied. It's only the 8th day, but it doesn't feel too artificial and I think it blends well with my facial features. Nose? It seems like there's still a lot of swelling on the side, but I'm very satisfied with the line when looking from the side. I'm looking forward to seeing the swelling go down even more. I want to maintain it for a long time without any side effects. I'll work hard :)
