I had surgery with ear cartilage and nasal septum and raised the bridge of my nose with silicone. I wanted my crooked nose and nose tip to be higher even if my original height was the same, so I'm very satisfied!!
As soon as the cast was taken off, wow... I couldn't help it, and people at work were asking where I got it done, so I'm very, very, very, very satisfied now.
