Hello, I'm back after a long time.
If you look at my previous posts, I've been writing consistently, so if you're curious about changes over time or the psychology of the person involved, you can look at what I wrote from the beginning.
I've been writing since then.
I'll say it again, but since I'm a person who was really worried and scared, I'm writing this in hopes of being of some help.
In conclusion...
90% of the existing nose...? It seems to have returned to normal height. I think there's at least 10% to 15% left...
I think it was Megaderm 5mm to 6mm? I put in as much as I could put in, and
the doctor said at the time that you wouldn't regret it if you put in a lot, and I think he was right.
At first, I thought it was really a failure because it was so high that the implant(?) protruded more than my forehead bone, but
after about 3 months, it was okay. When I let my bangs down, it was okay, and after the 6th month, it was a bit noticeable, but between the 1st and 2nd year,
I think it came out to a very natural (and this is the point) pretty nose height.
It looks really natural. I don't know if the doctor did a good job, but the advantage was that it looked very natural, and it felt like it was nicely stretched out
rather than just pointy
.
As I passed the second year, I felt that my nose was getting lower and lower, and now it's like... 85-90%? It feels like it's blown away...
But what's certain is that it's not gone at all.
The tip of the nose has become higher due to the ear cartilage that went into the tip of the nose, and there's still a little bit of bridge left that's worth looking at.
It seems like a lot of people are worried about donor dermis due to reoperation, but I'm not sure about that.
Well, it's all about absorption, only about 10-30% is absorbed,
that's all nonsense. It just absorbs everything.
And the difference in absorption rate between autologous dermis and donated dermis... (100% subjective) I think it is a difference in speed.
Autologous dermis is absorbed faster and donated dermis is absorbed more slowly.
Thanks to my prettier nose, my self-esteem has improved a lot and
I have met a lovely girlfriend.
Since my recent breakup, I feel a little self-loathing, wondering if I'll ever be able to meet someone new with a lowered nose.
It was tmi.
I hope that
those who are planning to have nose surgery, those who have just had nose surgery, and those who are suffering from unexpected side effects
can all get some help through my writing and my experience.
Good luck everyone.
