 Above - before surgery, below - after surgery.
I had surgery at Unimedi to lift my nostrils, reduce the thickness of my nostrils, and lift my columella. Since my nostrils are very visible, I was worried that my nostrils would stick out more after the surgery, but I am satisfied because my impression seems to have naturally become softer. There
is still swelling at the tip of my nose, so I am waiting for it to go down. The scar is located low enough that other people wouldn't recognize it and it has become much softer.
