[Facts]

-For reconstruction, a skin graft or forehead flap is required, and even if the reconstruction is restored to some extent, the appearance is not good cosmetically. Forehead flap surgery leaves scars on the forehead, and columellar skin defects in particular are difficult to recover from as the worst side effect.
-Unlike inflammation, the main cause of necrosis is surgical, so it is easy for doctor negligence to be acknowledged. From the hospital's point of view, if necrosis occurs and it is diagnosed promptly out of conscience, civil and criminal problems may arise due to admission of negligence, and above all, problems that may greatly affect sales may arise immediately. However, if you do not diagnose necrosis on purpose, the fault is unclear, so you can continue doing the same business and waste time, only to be compensated even if the fault is recognized later.
