It's been 4 years since I had nasal septum surgery only on the tip of my nose, and my nose smells so bad...
I guess it's inflammation...? It's really complicated. If I leave this out,
it looks like the nasal soft tissue may melt or spread due to inflammation.
Does anyone have that experience?
