I had the surgery in May 2022.
It's been over 2 years now, and I'm really satisfied.
Of course, the thing I was most afraid of before my rhinoplasty was the side effects.
However, based on my research, the following cases seem to be common when side effects from rhinoplasty occur.
1. Touching the nose too much after surgery
2. Drinking alcohol right after surgery
3. Excessive nose tip extension
4. Too many reoperations
5. Silicone penetration due to thin skin
6. Inflammation after surgery
In fact, if you do well, 1 and 2 should be fine. For
3 and 4, it's important not to be greedy, and
for cases like 5, it would be good to consider rhinoplasty.
6 seems to be a really unlucky case, and this is actually an uncommon case, but if that's the case, I recommend not getting it done because you're not destined to get plastic surgery. If you do it again, there's a high chance that the side effects will be worse due to 4.
Anyway, I'm doing really well now and I'm very satisfied.
And for those getting rhinoplasty, don't do it too naturally. Most of the people around me who asked me to do it naturally regret it. That's because sometimes people around them don't recognize me, and so I think there are cases where they later think, "Oh, I should've done more." That's why I asked for something in between flashy and natural look ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ And I'm very satisfied. FYI,
I got rib donated + 2mm of nose bridge silicone.
And I don't think there's anyone like that here, but plastic surgery isn't about choosing a hospital, it's about choosing the director.
