My previous surgeries were for ear cartilage/small and short nose/slightly protruding teeth/no chin. My
first surgery was with non-implant + ear cartilage + fascia behind the ear on the bridge of the nose, but because the cheekbone height was different, the shape of the tip of my nose became slightly distorted over time and it seemed to go back to its original small and low shape and was buried in my face, which was very stressful, so I ended up doing this....
For a small and late nose like mine, the material battle is almost half and half, so I worried a lot about whether or not to get implants, but because of my sensitive personality, I asked for non-implant surgery for my second surgery as well ㅠㅠ Now, I regret whether I should just get silicone like Dr. Jinwoo said...ㅎㅎ Director Jinwoo listened to many of my requests.
I asked for a gently sagging nose and a nose tip that wasn't too pointed, and it turned out exactly as I asked. Above all, the symmetry was very, very well done, and
the bridge of the nose with the rib cage that filled the gap fell off much faster than I thought, so it's still natural and pretty, but
people's greed...^^ That's why I slightly regret getting silicone insertedㅜㅜㅜ
Ah, I heard that others have a hard time because of the foreign body sensation of their own rib cage, but now after two months, I've gotten used to it faster than I thought. It's become slightly softer.
