I decided to get surgery because I felt like my low, flat nose was ruining my overall face. I went to the Louvre because the director said he was good at picking fancy noses, and he was definitely good at picking them out. After doing this, I think the man has the right nose. He's really happy to see the difference in his side. It certainly looks like the self-made ribs are gorgeous and have a good shape, so I hope everyone will take note of this!
