I had a non-implant rhinoplasty with autologous cartilage instead of using silicone. It
was my first surgery and I had a complex about the nostrils being visible and puffy, so I tied the tip of my nose.
I asked for it to be done naturally, and it came out well, and
surprisingly, I had the tip of my nose done. Maybe it's because the nose has become more three-dimensional, but
the tip has become thinner, so the nose looks high. Seems like
