I had the surgery at a place that I thought would look good on my overall facial structure,
and my nostrils were symmetrical and my nostrils were also reduced a lot.
Most of the hospitals I went to said that I needed nostril reduction, so I thought that was why, but this was the only one that said that it
wasn't necessary. They strongly advised me against nostril reduction, saying that
if I pulled it up and lifted it, it would look thin enough. I
was a bit confused. I wondered if it was right not to do it right up until right before the nose surgery, but after the surgery and the swelling went down, the first thing
I thought was that it was a good idea not to do it

There was some bruising, probably because of the osteotomy,
but it gradually went away after the cast was removed on the first week.
I had surgery to lower my nasolabial fold and the tip of my nose, and I had surgery with silicone and a septum.
When I was consulted, they said that if my septum was insufficient, they could add a donated rib, but they only used my septum.
Honestly, my nose didn't hurt much. It was a bit throbbing, but I thought that was because the bone was shaved.
Even that wasn't noticeable after taking a painkiller or two. ㅋㅋ The
hardest part was when they had the cotton in, and after they took it out, it was really fine

whenever I had questions about something at the hospital, I called and asked, and the staff answered me very brightly, which was nice.

It had things like swelling reduction and cotton swabs in it, so there was practically nothing I had to prepare separately.
