In the first surgery, 3D silicone, ear cartilage, and
nasal septum were used. Bleeding occurred on the 7th day after the prostration, and after 2 weeks of treatment,
a large scar developed on the inside of the right nose. The nose sank for a month.
Since then, the nose has shrunk and become lower than before, but was raised with a dermal pad and laser treatment. They said it was possible to remove the scar tissue, so I waited for treatment for 6 months or a year. I started treatment for 2 years, but
the scar tissue was still there and even my nose was sore,
so I visited other hospitals and they said they couldn't remove the scar tissue and that it was contracture, but I couldn't get any explanation from
another hospital. I heard this after seeing the doctor, and even when I told him that there was no improvement, they
said that they would not do anything other than reduce the cost of reoperation. They said that this was something that could happen after surgery, but the scars were so bad that I couldn't even go in my nose with my fingers, and they only said nonsense that pinching it had the effect of making my nose look sharper.
Now I'm looking into reoperation, but I've heard that there's almost no improvement in my scarring and that it's difficult to raise my nose.
I've been stressed out about my nose for the past 2 years. What is this?
