There is a hospital in Busan that satisfies all of these. There was only one otolaryngology clinic in Seoul, so I ended up getting surgery from Dr. Moo-geon Kim at the otolaryngology clinic.
The director was kind and explained well, and it was nice to be able to see the design first through the virtual plastic surgery program. Since he was an otolaryngologist, it was nice to see the inside of the nose with an endoscope. The downside was that the doctor in charge was busy so I couldn't see him often.
