I just thought about wanting to get surgery and did it. I didn't want to be able to do it for years... Suddenly, I saw a rhinoplasty vlog on YouTube and thought, should I try it too? I think I started practicing it because I wanted to do it. I thought it would be better to be sick and suffer for a few days than to be stressed out like this.
Since I have both a hooked nose and a boxy nose, I was a bit greedy about my nose line. My friends always tell me to get a natural nose, but I'm not particularly attracted to a natural nose, even after reading reviews. I thought that getting surgery would be a natural + glamorous nose style that would be just like this, so I did a lot of research, focusing on sleeping noses, and selected a few hospitals. I took a day to go to counseling.
Wow, but.. Is it true that famous hospitals have no off-season? Some of the places on the list are fully booked for several months. One of them was Louvre, and I was able to receive Dr. Kwak's consultation relatively quickly, and the reviews of the consultation and surgery were good, so I made an appointment to get a consultation first.
I was about 30 minutes late that day due to traffic, but the hospital was very kind and told me to come as quickly and carefully as possible. As soon as I visited the hospital, I filled out a chart and the order was

In fact, among the hospitals I've been to, this was the only hospital that did CT scans, and I felt like it was definitely more professional and that they paid a lot of attention to each and every patient they consulted with. The director's consultation lasted about 10 minutes and we had a basic conversation. Director Kwak came in and we talked on the spot, wearing a headband and displaying a photo taken just before and a CT photo. It was nice that the director brought a chair in front of me and checked it carefully from a close distance, but more than anything, he continued to draw on paper and photos so I could understand~? It was better to ask questions and take things step by step. He said that, more than anything, it is important for the patient to understand and agree to the surgery.
Actually, since it was a famous hospital, I thought the consultation would be brief and over, but the consultation was much longer and more thorough than at other hospitals, and looking at the reviews, it seemed like they did a good job of correcting the nose without making me feel uncomfortable, so I placed a deposit right away. During this process, the consultation director continued to stay in the consultation room and at the desk. He ran back and forth and kept checking the available dates for surgery. To get the surgery to the line I wanted, the bridge of my nose had to be somewhat high, so I put silicone on the bridge of my nose. I also had a hooked nose and a curved nose, so I also had a crooked nose correction done. Since it has a certain height, I thought it would be better to use a rib to keep it from sagging, so I used a rib for the tip of the nose!
For about a day or two after the surgery, the area where the rib was harvested was so sore that it was difficult to sneeze, but this got better as soon as I took painkillers. After a week and since the splint was taken off, the area where the sample was taken has improved a lot. I was still living my life carefully, and my friend runs a one-person beauty salon, so I went to my friend for the second week to wash my hair. At this time, the bruises were slowly turning yellow and disappearing, and there was some minor swelling, but it wasn't so bad that I couldn't take care of it. .. My friend looked closely at my nose while washing my hair. He said it didn't look like someone who had nose surgery a week ago.
Now, all the swelling has gone and it looks like it's completely settled in just like my own nose. I'm satisfied with the correction of my hooked beak and flat nose, and it's got exactly the line I wanted. What do you think? The director looked at me closely even after the surgery and kept asking me if I had any discomfort or if I had any questions or concerns, so I felt like he was paying a lot of attention to the end. Now, the autologous rib harvest site is completely healed and the color is gradually fading. The opening is very small. It's not noticeable because of the surgery, and I think I can live well without worrying about it. I'm very satisfied with my nose surgery because the pain and discomfort were bearable to the point where I wonder why I worried before the surgery.
