used ear cartilage for the 3mm silicone nose tip.
I didn't originally have an ugly nose, but I was dissatisfied with the fact that it was long and the tip was low, so I decided to get surgery. There isn't much of a difference in the photo, but the midsection has become shorter and the nose has definitely become more prominent.

It seems like the surgery was done exactly as I wanted.
The director is good at catching needs. There have been no side effects yet.
The cost seems a bit expensive, but it seems worth it. My complaint is that my nose is slightly fatter than before, perhaps because of the silicone? I don't know if it's because of the swelling, but I'm going to wait.
