If you build a column support, the starting point will inevitably be lower than the original column...? It's a long cone, but it looks longer because they put a support bar at the beginning of the philtrum, and
the columella line is awkward and looks like it should go in, but it sticks out, which is stressful.
Could this be swelling..?
I'm waiting to see if I should get early correction, and I'm worried about whether I should have revision surgery in the summer.
