It's my 3rd month of non-implant nose surgery.
No silicone was used. I put ear cartilage and nasal septum cartilage in the tip of my nose.
The blunt tip of my nose has become sharper and the nose itself has become slimmer, making my face look blank. Doesn't it feel a bit sophisticated? Does it feel like she changed from a country girl to a city girl?
It's a different feeling than a month later, but it's still great.
I think I did a good job because the surgery went so well at a much lower cost than other places.
