I really had no nose bridge or tip.
My new nose was born with the combination of the donor ribs and silicone, and something was born from nothing.
I originally wanted to put in 9mm or 10mm of silicone, but the doctor said it would be too artificial and said I could only put in 4.5mm. So I trusted the director and proceeded, but it seemed to be the perfect height. If I had put 9 or 10 millimeters in without knowing anything, I probably would have turned into a monster, right?
