Since early February, the area connected to the silicone has been hot and painful, so I replaced it with donated dermis after removing the silicone, and reused the original ear cartilage + nasal septum for the tip of my nose!! I went to a lot of hospitals, and everyone told me that they would use both the ear cartilage and the septum, and that there was no way I could only use the ear cartilage, so I had to use the rib. I was depressed, but Dr. Bang-seok Lee was the only one who told me that he could use the nasal septum, so I did it here. In fact, I also had the rib removed. No, the silicone was removed, so I really didn't have any expectations about the shape, but as soon as I took the splint off, I was surprised at how pretty you were..... The pointy look of the tip of your nose has also really improved a lot, and it looks much more natural and pretty in person than in the photo. ㅠㅠ The donated dermis part will wear off over time, but for now I'm very satisfied.
