I came here to leave a review on my 3-month hooked nose, but I'm a little late. ㅠㅠ
I put the hospital and price in the post itself, and I
left a picture of the front side, but the sides are similar, so please understand that I only posted one side. ᐟ
First of all, I'm on 1/26. I went to see the 3-month progress and was relieved to be told that the surgery went well.
However, I wanted a nose with no hook at all, but the current nose is raised to match the hook, so the hook is only slightly visible.
So I mentioned it during the consultation, but it was significantly noticeable. I don't think it will be okay, but I was told that if it bothers me, I can shave it off with surgery later, so I'm thinking about shaving that part again in the future. Also, I wonder if a
lot of people are curious about the scar under my nose, but right now it's a little faint so it's just
grazing. If you look like you're going out, it doesn't seem to be noticeable at all, but if you put on makeup, it'll just show through a little.
When I decided to cover it up, it became so light that it wasn't visible at all. Also,
the area just above my right nostril was protruding, so I asked about it,
and they said this was because my skin was naturally thick. I guess this can't be helped since my nose was like this before the surgery.
But it's not noticeable. I'm just going to do it and live with it.
They also said that the swelling at the tip of my nose will go down a little more.
It's only been 3 months, but it feels like it's almost completely settled. I feel good.
And there are some uncomfortable things.
First of all, when my nose is running, I lightly pat it as if wiping away tears. It was uncomfortable because I had to wipe it, and should I say it felt like there was mucus in my nose..? So, even if I wipe it, it doesn't feel refreshing hahaha.
And when I wash my face, I can't wipe it by rubbing it
. My nose is so hard that it hurts when I hit it, and it feels a bit cumbersome. It feels like there's a screen in the middle, so it's hard to wipe it off. ㅜ
Also, I wear a mask when I work, and I don't know if it's because it's only been 3 months, but if I wear the mask too tightly, the tip of my nose is uncomfortable and the feeling of pressure is too much, so I wear it slightly away from my nose.
It's just a little bit uncomfortable,,?
It doesn't feel like it has changed in a very dramatic way, but compared to before, it seems to have changed naturally and prettier, so I'm satisfied.
It seems to have the same height as my old nose, but even though I thought about it, I found myself reflecting on it when I looked at the photo. LOL Of oblivion. Animals really are ㅜㅜ
