said people were worried that nose surgery would make my facial expression harsher, but they
say I've actually become softer.
Anything that's too flashy doesn't suit me . I didn't ask for it to be thinly removed, but it feels appropriately sophisticated.

I used donated cartilage and ear cartilage and the nasal septum, and
I think it was pulled out well for a nose that matches my face. I like it.
