It's my first nose and I did it in the winter of 2021, so it's been a little over 2 years now.
I had surgery for deviated septum at a university hospital,
the bridge of my nose was shaved to the point, and after correcting the crooked nose, I did auto-dermal dermis and nasal septum + ear cartilage for
the tip of my nose. I think about half of the dermis remains and
there's a scar where the dermis was removed. There's a lot left.
The tip of my nose is a little higher than the original, so sometimes it gets red and the cartilage shows through. I'm scared to have surgery again, so I just live with it, but personally, I don't think it was a successful surgery. My
current level of satisfaction is around 60.
