I had my splint removed today, and at first my high nose was a bit awkward, but it seems to have worked out well... I still have a bit of a protruding chin, but after getting my nose done, my profile looks much prettier. It's only been a week, so the swelling will go down even more!?
I've been to 7-8 hospitals, and
in other hospitals, there are quite a few that recommend using a donor rib even though it's my first surgery because my nose fat doesn't increase well, and there are hospitals that recommend up to 4 to 4.5 silicone, and even if it's not that much, they all recommend it. On average, they recommended about 3.5, but I really think I would have been avatar if I had gone higher. I said I would have liked to have used 3.5, but they said I couldn't do that and had to go lower, so we agreed on a maximum of 3 and went in, but I'm really glad I didn't go high... I heard it was cut from 3mm!
There were many places where I consulted without taking a Citi, but after taking a Citi, they looked at how much silicone should be used, the size of the septum cartilage, and told me that I could use the septum. There are a lot of managers, employees, and assistants who usually feel like bullies or are rude and recommend things, but this place is all good. He was so nice and kind... I feel like I'm just praising him too much, so I'm also uploading the receipt (the photo shows the amount excluding the reservation fee). Now I have to be his slave for 6 months.
