My nose is originally aquiline and low, so I guess it's flat? It had the same shape,
so I asked them to raise it as much as possible, and
they said they used the nasal septum, donor ribs, and ear cartilage as well. They
also did forehead fat grafting. If you have a chance to have nose surgery, I highly recommend forehead fat grafting haha.
