Hello, celebrities!
I had been considering rhinoplasty for several years because of my small and low nose, and when I was about to give up for fear of side effects, I saw a video of non-implant rhinoplasty on YouTube's ㅇㄱ ㅇㅇㅈㄴ ㅎㅇㅈ channel and was tempted to undergo the first high-cost, long-distance major surgery in my life in just over two months.
If the surgery goes well, I wanted to help by leaving a review at Seongyesa. I wrote it down in detail in my diary at the time of the surgery. I'll try to
write it as objectively as possible. You have to make your own cool-headed decision about the surgery.
At the time of
the consultation
, the wait time was about 20 minutes on a weekday afternoon?
The consultation time is about 30-40 minutes and
the director's consultation is explained in more detail in the YouTube content. The director tells us the history of nose surgery methods. He spoke so quickly that there were many parts I couldn't understand. There are more photos of surgery cases among young people than what you see on YouTube or websites.
The story about how my nose was improved was very short, and then I showed a photo of someone with a slightly similar nose undergoing surgery.
I had more faith in him when he said that it doesn't work if it doesn't work and that it can be improved upon in this way.
Consultation fee: 10,000 won. If you make an appointment for surgery, the consultation fee will be deducted and
the consultation will focus on the bridge of your nose
on the day of surgery
. It was very simple. He didn't even ask me what shape I wanted.
I prepared a lot of pictures of celebrities, but I know it won't work out like this anyway, so I won't show them.
The design is to raise the ear cartilage on the nose as high as possible,
so I think they only asked about the bridge of the nose. I think it's only a little high.
The nurses don't call me patient, they call me customer. To me, this felt a bit unusual hahaha.
There was CCTV in the operating room, and about 3 nurses came in.
There was no change. I'll just go to surgery wearing my regular clothes (there's a gown too) and wear as wide and comfortable as possible.
Anesthesia was performed a total of 3 times. Sleep - Local (ear cartilage collection) - Sleep anesthesia (nose surgery)
During the short sleep anesthesia, local anesthesia is administered. Afterwards, you wake up briefly to collect ear cartilage, and you hear the sound of ear cartilage being cut...
And a few minutes later, I woke up from deep anesthesia again for the main surgery and
found myself in the recovery room. I think it’s been a little over 3 hours.
I didn't have an osteotomy, so there were virtually no bruises. The swelling was similar to that of the morning when I ate a lot of ramen the day before and slept a lot. My face looks scary haha.
I like the tip of my nose and the height of my nose.
My nose doesn't hurt, my ears hurt a little. There's some bleeding that you won't notice if you don't pay attention
. I came home and ate porridge. Since the surgery was in the afternoon, I had starved since the evening before, so I felt bad... I
also brushed my teeth. When I looked at the precautions, it said not to brush my teeth, but I didn't know that.. hahaha I sneezed
and did everything.
Don't apply cold compresses to your nose, but mainly to your eyes~ Because the
cartilage in one of my ears is gone, I have to use cold compresses on both sides. It's a different shape and has purple bruises. It's not noticeable at the moment.
What was uncomfortable was that I had to sleep slightly seated and not tilted to the left or right.
+ After the surgery,
I have to take antibiotic injections for 3 days, and every time I go to the hospital, the doctor holds my nose and shakes it, and it hurts a lot hahaha. The
concept is that there is no difference in the front view even if the nose is raised a lot, but it is not recommended for those who want a drastic improvement in the front view.
I thought my nose surgery would make me look like Winter, but it was ancient times…
I have silicone implants developed by the director, and if you want a dramatic change, I think it would be a good idea to get a consultation for implant surgery. The
bruising disappeared after the second week, and by the first month, it was completely natural.
Now, after two months, it just looks like my own nose! I still have a tingling feeling and
I'm not 100% satisfied with the way it looks, but I still feel like I did a good job with the surgery and I enjoy looking in the mirror haha. I'm
not going to be greedy anymore! I hope it stays like this forever~
I won’t take any questions!! If you have any questions, please ask the director directly in the hospital YouTube comments and he will give you a good answer.
