I have no regrets about my current choice of surgery because

I would like to leave for someone who has
a short nose like mine,
but also has a solid nose. 1. Is my nose hard? I touched my nose and it felt stiff
and didn't move much? Moreover...is it big?
Then, I hope you lower your expectations to less than half.
In the end, whether the nose is raised or lowered, the skin is stretched...
What does a plastic
surgeon do when the skin does not stretch... the skin is thick? The solution is
to have multiple surgeries to soften the breasts, but that's crazy... (actually,
when transgender people have breast surgery, they intentionally increase the breasts by multiple surgeries)
Anyway, the amount of increase has to be used to increase... and decrease...
that's my maximum. This is a mathematical tolerance. Can't be dramatic.
2. A short nose is good for words, so a short nose...most people can hear it.
In cold terms, it is most likely synonymous with snub nose and pig nose.
(Sometimes there are short but sharp noses, but that is an exception...)
When performing nose surgery, you should not necessarily raise the nose due to a complex, but
should contrast with the eyes and mouth of the rest of your face that matches the short nose
. There are many cases where short noses are relatively cute
(in a good way) and are gathered together, but the nose
should not be extended below the philtrum...
Since the bridge of the nose cannot be raised high, it must be raised within the established length.
After all, the more dramatic it is, the better it is to be unbalanced.
3. Box nose... If the nose is fat...
Even if some of the fat and tissue inside it is removed,
it is said that only about 2mm can be removed. Then, after the surgery, there doesn't seem to be any difference
(after the surgery, the swelling makes you look fatter).
It's hard to have a pointy, sharp, slim, and pretty nose.
To be honest, people who post here that they
have a box nose and have successful surgery... To be honest, they have the nature of a box nose...
I don't think it's really a box nose or a wide nose.
In conclusion, I had the surgery knowing the limitations of my nose, and
the results of the surgery were just as good as those limitations... Currently, my nose is
'It didn't break down', but the result was not as expected.
So what I realized...this nose is really a combination that has no answer...
I wanted to leave a message that the goal should be to improve the complex
