day after my first surgery, they told me to come in to have the packing removed, so I went, but only a nurse was there. The swelling was so bad that I couldn't open my eyes, and
tears kept flowing from the area in front of my eyes (I didn't do osteotomy. The silicone on the bridge of my nose - the size of the ear cartilage and septum cartilage - was a functional nose)
. I told the nurse that I wanted to see the director, and she said it was okay, so she just removed the packing, disinfected it, and told me not to worry because the swelling was there. This was my first surgery, and I didn't know what was wrong, so I just trusted them and went home. The next day, the third day, I couldn't open my eyes. I went straight to the hospital and said I wanted to see the director, and only then did I see him.
He said there was a lump between my eyebrows and that it seemed to be a silicone foreign body reaction, so I thought it might be that. He said the chance was less than 1%, but I
was upset and thought it would be like that. So I had my first surgery on December 6th, but I was treated with antibiotics for a week and had to keep removing the lump with a syringe and squirting it out. It was real hell, lol. So I had silicone removal surgery on December 16th, but when I came back on the 18th, the swelling hadn't gone down? I was treated with antibiotics and got injections, but I got antibiotic hives? This is the first time I've seen something like this in my life. I've had many surgeries, and maybe because they use too many antibiotics, I just started getting hives during the surgery. When I get an antibiotic injection, hives break out all over my body. But I got the hives injection and antibiotic treatment as well. It's the worst, seriously. ㅋㅋ Eventually, on the 22nd, the swelling didn't go down, so the director said they'd just do an open cleaning. So haha. I've been on the operating table 3 times in 2 weeks since the first time. It's horrible. I wonder if I did something wrong. Seriously; Even inflammation occurred and it was really hard. On the 22nd, they finally decided to do an open cleaning, but I didn't believe them so I said no (my wife and I went),
and they told my wife to write a consent form and just took my hand and dragged me to the operating room. So I said no, I'm just going to the university hospital, so don't say anything weird and come right away... I need surgery right away. So I found out that there was bleeding in my nose... So they did some bleeding and suddenly they said that they trimmed the cartilage at the tip of my nose. The shape changed a bit, and what's even more frustrating is that the swelling has gone down and I can see that it didn't turn out the way I wanted, and my nose is a little crooked, and
there's a dent between the tip of my nose and the bridge of my nose... It's sunken in, and because it's only on the right side, it looks even crooked. In the end, I only got side effects, scarring, money, time, and stress, and there's no silicone... I was so stressed out that I recently went to the hospital and had my bridge of my nose retracted. I was so happy that they didn't come to the hospital, but they said
it was fate and I was speechless and didn't even say sorry and said, "What did I do wrong to come to this hospital and get surgery? It's my fault.. I just gave up and asked for a refund and said I
would go to another hospital and get another surgery. But now they say that the director is helping me get the surgery and will
do the second surgery. Can I trust them and get the second surgery here? I regret it so much and it's stressful.
