I had a consultation at Top Class and had the surgery right away. I didn't know the latest trends, so I used the nose I had consulted for, but I think it would be better to do what the director recommended. The director said it would be better to make the tip of the nose a little more pointed, but it's my first time getting plastic surgery. I thought it would look weird if it was pointed, so I asked them to make it round. After doing it for a while, I realized that it was a flat nose from the beginning. I should have listened to an expert. Other than that, I'm very satisfied. But!!! They say the nose needs to be changed in about 6 months. Also, the tip of the nose needs more to be thin in order for a nose like mine to be thin, so I think it needs to be added more haha.
