How time flies
. I'm here to see how things have been since my surgery a month ago
. Fortunately, my nose condition is fine. I think it turned out well. I agree with that.
- Reason for surgery
I've lived for almost 30 years without thinking much about my appearance. I've been in a few relationships, and I think my appearance is manly and there's nothing wrong with it. (My thoughts)
There's a clinic near my office that I go to once a month to get toning, hair removal, and botox, and I became close with the director there.
So we talked comfortably to each other, and at some point, he told me that I would be a hit if I got a nose job. (It's a place that only does procedures.)
I didn't really have any complaints because people's hearts are soft, but when the doctor kept talking next to me, it seemed right. Haha.
So he told me to go for a consultation and gave me the name of the director, who was his college classmate(?). He said that he had already sent several of his employees and acquaintances to get nose jobs or revision nose jobs, and they were all successful.
I went for a consultation, but the hospital was so modern. It was like a minimalist coffee shop. (The exact opposite of the clinic I go to)
I made an appointment at the right time and there was almost no waiting, so it went smoothly. After taking a CT scan, the director used Photoshop to quickly do a virtual plastic surgery. It was amazing. I really wanted to bow down if it turned out like that (but it turned out almost the same). But my septum is a bit small, so I had to use donated ribs. Too bad... I heard that autologous ribs are possible, but it's a bit excessive for a first surgery.
Still, it was within the expected cost, so I paid a deposit.
After paying a deposit, it started to feel real. I suddenly got nervous, so I signed up here, searched for posts, and got even more nervous, so I asked questions and made a fuss. Haha
- The day of the surgery,
the atmosphere was as quiet as ever. The preparation for the surgery proceeded calmly. It was my first time wearing disposable panties while changing clothes. I didn't like it for some reason. Haha
The director was really realistic when he designed it before the surgery. My face is crooked, so my crooked nose is a bit left. If you make it too high, your nose will be crooked even more. Virtual plastic surgery is just virtual surgery, and there are many cases where it doesn't turn out like that. The eyes don't turn out the same either (like non-incision eyelid surgery).
Anyway, the director here doesn't give you high expectations. (It's the complete opposite of the clinic I go to, lol)
When I went to the operating room, the staff greeted me warmly. They were all younger than me, but somehow it felt cozy. The injections were administered without pain.
After the surgery, I was in the recovery room. I was cold and thirsty. It didn't hurt much. They were always kind. The staff came several times and the director came two or three times.
-
I think I had a hard time because of the nose cotton on the first day, but after a month, I don't remember much. I was amazed when I saw the pictures and videos of the operating room that the hospital sent me.
-
I went to get the cotton removed the next day. Everyone was kind. I got the injection, and as expected, it didn't hurt.
- From the second
day to the first week,
my appearance was a bit bad because of the tape and the oil around it. I felt like something was wrong with my face because I kept wearing a mask.
- On the seventh day,
I took off the cast, took the stitches, took pictures, and went home. The stitches were also removed without pain.
The director checked my swelling the second time and gave me a swelling laser? I got treatment and went home.
- I haven’t been able to blow my nose
for a month so
I’m a bit suffocated and the feeling of having more boogers stuck in my nose is still uncomfortable. Everything else seems to be fine.
I wanted to write in more detail, but there’s nothing in particular to write ^^;;
I kept coming here because I was so tired before and after the surgery,
but I don’t come in as much now that I’ve gotten better.
I’m still concerned that my left and right sides still look a bit different..
but for now, I’m almost 90% satisfied.
I hope you all succeed!!!
——-
I’ll just write it down because I have some inquiries
. Hospital and director: VN Plastic Surgery, Director Seung-il Oh
Surgery Items: Donated rib, septum, ear cartilage, 4.5mm nose bridge silicone
I think the cost will vary a lot so I don’t think it’ll be good to write it down.
Have a good day! The holidays are coming soon ㅠ
