This is my 2nd week without implants. My nose was naturally large and tall when viewed from the side, but when viewed from the front, it was wide and curved, and the width of my mouth was short, which was stressful. I had been thinking about nose surgery for several years, but I had read a lot of posts about the side effects of silicone build-up and inflammation, so I was concerned. While looking into non-implant nose surgery, I came across Abeck Plastic Surgery. My needs were not the height of the nose, but a clear frontal effect and the self-esteem of looking neat. I went to a lot of different plastic surgery clinics, and although implant-free surgery was possible, they all recommended applying silicone as thin as 1 to 2 mm or reducing the nostril, but Dr. Park Seong-woo of Abeq listened to my needs and said that non-implant surgery was possible, and since nostril reduction is irreversible, he was conservative. He asked me to approach him and if I wanted to decide, he would report the progress in a month and had the surgery.
I was satisfied with the results, and it was amazing that even without implants, I could go pretty and look a little fancy. It's a bit disappointing to hear that the tip of the nose will go down further later, but I think once the swelling in the front goes down, you'll be able to sleep better as the proportions become more aligned. The director will look at the shape of your nose and, if possible, will never recommend anything that has side effects and will provide careful counseling. He may have been good with his hands, but he also had a functional nose, and I was very thankful that I didn't have any unexpected bruises or nosebleeds. I'll post how things change in a month later. I hope this will be of help to those who are considering surgery.
