아무것도 안 한 코

<아무것도 안 한 코>

Now, I think nose reduction will really be the last surgery, so I'm posting a long review...^^ It's really annoying to write, but I hope it helps those who are planning to have nose reduction because they went through a lot of trouble from the first to the third. (I tend to use it properly when I use it once) First of all, I had a fat nose since I was young and my nose bridge was really low, so my nickname was an airplane runway lol. My nose was also in the habit of digging since I was a baby, so my nostrils were really big and my nostrils were wide and I had an answerless nose. 20 When I was younger, I had surgery on the bridge of my nose and the tip of my nose, and although there was a lot of improvement in this area, the bridge of my nose still felt wide compared to my face. The tip of the nose had the effect of making the nostril look narrower than before, but after losing about 15 kg of weight I had gained while taking the test, my face got smaller and the nostril looked relatively bigger (I think I understand why they say that nostril reduction should be done later than other surgeries). Please tell me about the first hospital. I had the surgery here and suffered the side effect of a crooked nose. I had the second surgery in my hometown at the local hospital of my parents' friend. I had nose reduction twice at this hospital. The reason I did it twice was because even after doing it once, it seemed a bit wide, so I shortened it further. The director performed the surgery very conservatively and naturally, so instead of reducing the size of the nose bridge the first time, he reduced it once more after observing the progress. The procedure was done with an external incision + an internal incision, and of course a scar appeared. (According to my experience, nose reduction always leads to scarring.) Moreover, the fat layer on my nose is thick and hard, so scarring occurs. If you are thinking about reducing your nose bridge, proceed with the thought that you will not have any scars. For me, having a wide nostril is more stressful than having a disfigured face, so I am still satisfied with it after surgery. After two surgeries, honestly, I lived with satisfaction for about two years... But, in some ways, my nostrils don't look that wide, but if you take a strange photo, they look as wide as a child who hasn't had their nostrils reduced, and this was quite stressful. I've been with my boyfriend for 3 years. Are my nose bridges wide for all 3 years? I kept asking this question haha. So when I decided to have the third surgery, my boyfriend was so sick of asking me questions about my nose, so he told me to just do it. If you've been asking for 3 years, it's the right thing to do. Everyone around me stopped me except my boyfriend. My mom stopped me and my dad stopped me too. But I didn't hear that at all lol (I already decided to do it and asked~) More than you think, people don't care about their own face or what others think of them and don't know much about it. I didn't do much research on hospitals and only went to two consultations. Gangnam Unni and Bobby Talk, I didn't know much about it even after looking at it, so I think I just looked at the reviews on Seongyesa and typed it as 'nostril reduction hospital'. Then, the place I was drawn to was the hospital where I had my surgery, and I just went for a consultation with a light heart. First of all, there wasn't much waiting time, and the naturally pretty, sophisticated manager consulted me. When I go to the hospital, if I look at the person at the front desk or the director, I can immediately understand the beauty that the director pursues. So, ok, I guess I'm pursuing something natural here. The first consultation was with the director, and the second consultation was with the director. I received a consultation fee of 20,000 won. What I felt when receiving counseling was that I understood well. This was where I gained confidence for the first time and was the number one reason why I decided to have surgery. Every time I went to a consultation at another hospital, I'm not stupid, but there were a lot of things I didn't understand. Part of it was because I didn't research the hospital's surgical procedures well in advance before going for a consultation, but I think it was because of the attitude of omitting or disorganizing things, thinking that the patient had already researched everything, and the attitude of looking busy in some way. But there was nothing like that here. The manager speaks very well. You explained everything so I could understand. So I found out about this hospital for the first time, and even though I went there without seeing any of the surgery methods, I think I knew right then and there why my nose looked wide. It's hard for me to explain, but I feel refreshed by defining the cause of what I was feeling before..? The second consultation was with the director, who just looked at my chart and asked, ‘Have you had your nose bridge reduced several times?’ He said, ‘Looking at you, you seem to be very greedy about your nose, so I will speak conservatively.’ He said, ‘Even if you reduce the nose bridge again, it won’t have the dramatic effect the patient expects.’ He also said, ‘But I am confident that I won’t ruin it.’ You said you did? Hahaha. Normally, if you say this, some people would say, "I don't want to have surgery," but since I've already had surgery twice, it actually sounded sincere. It also sounded like an aspiration to reduce it naturally. I also liked that it was a private hospital. So, I paid the deposit and scheduled the surgery that very day. For your information, the surgery fee here is really expensive... It was more expensive because it was my third surgery, but I paid for it thinking it was my last surgery. I had surgery two weeks later, and I came an hour before the surgery, paid the balance, signed the consent form for the surgery, listened to the precautions, took pictures, washed my face, and just lay down on the operating table. I'm a really scary person, but when I heard that surgery would be done with local anesthesia, I was nervous all week. Honestly, it hurt. The anesthesia wore off slightly in the middle, so I had to do additional anesthesia, but wow... it hurt... but it was bearable. The nurse was so sweet. The introduction was too long, right? This is the full review from here.~~~~ The surgery itself was simple, so I started walking around from the day of the surgery. My nose was swollen, but it didn't hurt. It hurt when I pressed it slightly. But on the second day, when I looked up, my left nostril seemed to be pinched. At this time, I thought I was really going crazy. I had surgery on a Saturday, but since Sunday and Monday were closed, I couldn't call the hospital and cried to sleep all weekend. I thought I touched my nose for no reason... Then I called the hospital on Tuesday and they said it was because my nose was swollen. Don't worry too much. So, I felt relieved for a while and a week passed. Even after a week, my nose remains the same shape. I was really scared and regretted it, but as the regret passed by for about 10 days, the shape of my nostrils gradually became the same. I think I was more scared because it was a phenomenon that did not occur during the first or second surgery. And another side effect was that there was a fleshy indentation where the nose incision was made. I couldn't attach a photo because I couldn't take it at all, but there was a slight dent on the wing of the nose, so the line of the wing of the nose wasn't round, but should I say it was bent once? This also drives people crazy... I went to the doctor and asked him, "I was producing a lot of sebum and my pores were melting." It will be filled. You said this? By this time, I was just in a state of despair. I thought I was being punished like this for touching my nose for no reason, but now that it's been a month, it's all over. And another thing is that the incision part does not stick. I had it stitched a total of 3 times...hahaha I went to the hospital for 3 weeks, got local anesthesia, and tied it up with thread again... It's easy, but it's quite frustrating to not be able to smile often while going to work and having to be careful about eating and speaking. It wasn't this. The third time, I'm not a person who gets angry, but I came to the director next week and told him that if I don't get it... I gritted my teeth and got a little angry, but the director said he would do whatever it takes to get it done, and in fact it was as. You did it until the end. The problem is that it hurts to have to go under local anesthesia every time I go... But the more I go, the more I feel like I have to go, so the local anesthesia doesn't really hurt anymore. And yesterday, the director finally said it was okay to remove the stitches. That's why I'm leaving a review. I really didn't want to write a review because I had a hard time for the past 3 weeks, and I told you that I just don't write reviews and get discounts, right? But the reason I use it is because even though I went through all this trouble, the shape of my nose itself came out pretty. In fact, my acquaintances don't even know that I had nose reduction surgery if I don't tell them about it. I think there are probably a lot of people who read this and say, ‘What’s changed?’ So I drew a line, and it used to be similar to the width of my mouth and nose, but now it's slightly smaller than the width of my mouth. But I know for sure that I had the surgery. Isn’t the right side of my nose originally prettier than the left side? But I feel like the discrepancy has been reduced with this surgery. In short, I had reduction surgery, and the shape of my nose itself improved somewhat. The bridge of the nose looks a little higher and the tip of the nose seems a little more concave. (This is what the person at the company who looked closely at my nose after revealing the nose surgery said this) And the width of the nostrils and the bottom of the nose has definitely decreased to the point where my little finger can no longer fit into the nostrils. I can breathe well. It's just hard to clear your nose... If the impression itself seemed strangely spread out before, it's hard to explain in words now... Should I say it's just... become more dense...? The review was so long that I no longer have to use Photoshop to reduce the nose bridge, which I always used to do when taking pictures (I'm very satisfied with this). I don't know if it will be helpful. Now I'm going to work hard on scar care haha. The hospital said they'll give me a laser treatment for the scar in 6 months. Everyone, be pretty~ +I added 10 photos, but they don't fit. I'll add them again later.
