 <정면>Yesterday was the 7th day of nose surgery! I'll take turns taking off the splint and posting my review
~~ I didn't touch the height of the bridge of my nose (no implants), but I underwent surgery to correct the blunt nose tip by cutting the bone next to the bridge of my nose and using the nasal septum and ear cartilage, and the progress has been good since the day of surgery!
On
the day of surgery,
go into the operating room at 1 o'clock, design, and get anesthesia!
When I opened my eyes at 3:50,
it seemed like I was done well, earlier than expected, and I came out of the anesthesia well and had no pain! I was surprised by the incredible amount of taping and thrilled that I had finally had nose surgery!
I didn't see any swelling or bruising.
I was worried that my throat would be torn, but it wasn't that bad and the water went down better than I thought. I
stayed at home with my bed upright,
ate porridge, took medicine, and rested!
I thought I wouldn't sleep well, but I fell asleep longer than expected and woke up again and again. I
was worried about bleeding, so I bought a lot of gauze, but there wasn't much bleeding!
+Day 1:
I was disinfected at the hospital and had cotton removed.
There was no pain when the cotton was removed, and
it was just uncomfortable. As they removed all the taping, they showed me my nose, and it was amazing that they made an incision on the side. It was amazing that there wasn't much swelling or bruising!
The filling of the fascia between the eyebrows looked a little bumpy, but
they said it was because it was pressed by the splint and taping. After checking, I received another splint + taping, an antibiotic injection for swelling, and went home
.
+ On the 3rd day,
I went to the hospital to get disinfected and check the shape of my nose!
I thought there would be swelling and bruising from the splint and taping, but there wasn't much. The nose that was still up was both worrying and funny(?).
+Day 7
Finally, the day to take off the splint!
Splint removal + disinfection + stitch removal!!
I was nervous because I read a lot of people saying that their ears hurt even though their nose didn't hurt, but I didn't feel anything until I thought it was over! I thought it would feel like my eyebrows were being pulled out, but I was just thankful
that it ended without any pain. When I first saw my nose,
I was worried because it was asymmetrically swollen on one side, but the director explained that it was because the degree of the osteotomy was different, and that the flesh would gradually attach to the bone and the swelling would go away. When I looked inside the bus, I could already see it falling out little by little! It's so amazing!! They say that when you take off the splint, it will come off quickly, but I can see it coming off in a short period of time, so I can go back with peace of mind!

I guess this is what swelling goes down in real time.
When I took off the splint I was holding down, the swelling went down
right away. It feels like my philtrum is lifted, so it's still awkward to look in the mirror
, but I hope it goes down reasonably well!!
First of all, I had a complex about having wide bones on the sides of the front and a wide nose, but I am thankful that it has improved to my satisfaction.
