I first got AS because the tip of my nose was sagging, but it got worse and my profile looked weird, so I had to re-surgery.
I got it from Dr. Bangseok Lee of Plastic Surgery Clinic like the first time. My nose line became smoother and I really liked the shape.
I also removed the columella and it was so round and pretty.
