I wanted a sharp nose, so I wanted an autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty from the beginning. Since it looks like I've already had double eyelid surgery, everyone asks if it's a revision eye surgery or double eyelid surgery, but it's my first time. Since my nose surgery was also an autologous costal surgery, many people asked if it was a revision nose surgery.
