Nose surgery... No, when I don't know much about plastic surgery,
I really get jealous when I see people who had success with their first surgery. Haha.
Without knowing anything, I only raised the bridge and tip of the nose
, but it wasn't low... It didn't seem pretty, so
I had a revision rhinoplasty. It's
been about 10 months now.
While using autologous costal cartilage, I had the bridge of my nose replaced with an implant, I
also had an osteotomy, and I even had the columella lowered in addition.
Column lowering... only during the consultation... Actually, what difference does that make? Is it effective?
I was thinking something like that, but when I actually got it,
I felt the high part in front of the tip of my nose and the columella that supports it...
I think I knew for myself that it was the crown jewel of rhinoplasty.
After the columella lowering, the feel of the tip of the nose itself changed so much that my
nose was missing something by a few percent, but I feel like I made up for the missing percent with revision rhinoplasty, so
I am still very satisfied to this day.
Be sure to take note of the columella lowering, everyone!
