On the outside, my nasal septum was strong, but when I opened my nose, I was told that there was still a little bit of septum left after the first surgery and that it was weak and not providing good support. So, he said that this surgery (donor rib + ear cartilage) was difficult and took more than an hour longer. He also said that his nose used to be thin, but now he has changed it to be thicker and that his columella has also come down. The nose was raised by 5mm.
