Listing out the things I didn't think about after tying the cartilage.
1 The nasal bone is the same, but only the tip of the nose has narrowed, so it feels a little tight. But it's not too bad. People with thin nasal bones don't mind.
2 The center of the nose is thinner, so it feels like the wings of the nose look relatively wider.
3 It's not that bad. Breathing becomes more difficult than before
