The original version has a bridge of the nose, but the tip of the nose falls low and the nasal bone spreads to the side, so the tip of the nose was raised through tip surgery.
As I fixed the cartilage by tying it, I felt that the volume gradually decreased as the swelling went down.
The overall line was well established, but the volume was definitely lacking compared to full nose surgery, so I'm currently looking into copping or nose surgery...
