I had closed + nasal septum + ear cartilage + silicone + abdominal rhinoplasty. I was debating whether to do closed or open surgery, but I am satisfied because it seems to have worked out naturally with closed surgery! The nose line that wasn't there before has become clearer and the nose shape has also improved a lot!! However, the bone inside the nose wall(?) seems to be slightly tilted to the right. My nose was originally slightly curved, but I can feel this when I touch it.
