I had a nose reduction done 2 years ago and a columella transplant for nasal sagging. My
original nose was a bit... round, low and wide, and the nostrils were very big, so I was always stressed. The director said that for a nose like mine, it would be better to raise the tip of the nose rather than raise the bridge of the nose .
I did the surgery because they recommended it because it looks natural and pretty.
To be honest, I thought about it because it was a bit expensive, but I decided to make sure I got it done anyway, but
now that time has passed, I am so satisfied that I feel like I could pay more.
I don't like the look of plastic surgery and I don't like flashy things. I wanted to change only the necessary things because it was my style,
but it turned out so naturally that people around me complimented me on how sophisticated it was. When I
showed them the before and after photos of my nose surgery, they were really surprised. They said I had changed a lot, but was it really this natural?
