I want to make it round! I did this, but they made it exactly the shape I wanted! My nose was originally very low and blunt, but it has grown beautifully and my nose still feels so new every time I look in the mirror. If I always took pictures of the front, after surgery, I always take pictures of the side!! I was worried at first because of the swelling after the surgery, but since the hospital continued to take care of it, it seemed to have healed beautifully. At first, the columella and tip of the nose were hard, but now they have become much more natural and soft. It looks like mine now!
Every time I look at my nose, I think I didn't get the nose surgery done sooner, but I'm very satisfied.
