Nostril reduction (medial incision) + nasal wing sagging improvement (lateral incision) + nasal wing curve improvement. I didn't like the size of my nostrils, their flared shape, and the fact that they were visible from the front, so I had the surgery thinking it would be my first and last time, but it seemed to have resolved exactly what I was dissatisfied with. It's been exactly one month since October 13th. I didn't have any implants, so I didn't feel any discomfort during recovery.
