I used donated ribs! Silicone is not used. There is a clear difference before and after the nose surgery. As
the swelling at the tip of the nose goes down, the nose has become slimmer and thinner.
All the unnaturalness that makes it look like it is not my nose has disappeared. It looks really natural, so people around me compliment me a lot on how pretty it is. Maybe I should have gotten a
silicone nose bridge along with it . It might have been a little more flashy, but I don't think it would have had such natural lines!
I thought there would be a lot of things to worry about when getting rhinoplasty, but that's only the case for the first month or so, but not anymore.
I think the surgery went well!
