As you can see from the pre-surgery photo, I decided to have revision rhinoplasty. As you can see,
the tip of my nose was severely sagging.
It looks strangely cut and saggy... I think this was the most stressful part, and
when I looked at the nose line as a whole, I
said I wanted to change it
to a more straight line . I removed the original silicone and
used nasal septum and ear cartilage as non-implants to recreate it. I ended up having the surgery.
The nose line has definitely become more natural than before the surgery, and
I am especially satisfied because the bridge of the nose seems to have become much thinner.
Needless to say, the tip of the nose seems to have improved in sagging, so I think I did a good job with the revision nose surgery.
