<수술당일><3일차><4일차><6일차><7일차><7일차><7일차><수술전옆모습><수술전앞모습>I had rhinoplasty and noble surgery on September 11th.
Since it was my 3rd surgery, I thought about it a lot and decided to have the surgery, but the director was so good that I wasted all the time I spent worrying about it. I should have done it sooner
!! After rhinoplasty, I felt like the tip of my nose was lowering over time, and I didn't like the overall shape of my nose. I wanted to have a natural and gorgeous nose by slightly raising my nose overall, and my face usually looks 3-dimensional and my chin sticks out a little. ? I decided to have surgery because I had a complex about my face shape and profile. It
was a miracle that the director accurately identified the areas I was worried about and also recommended Aristocratic Surgery. He said that my
chin was sticking out because the center part was too dark. So, while I was having revision rhinoplasty, I also had Aristocratic Surgery. We did it together haha.
I wanted to definitely raise the tip of the nose, so I had surgery using silicone and autologous ribs. The bridge of the
nose was 2.5mm, and the tip of the nose was 5mm. Noble (silicon) 5mm. They
say that noble surgery usually involves an average of 4~5mm, but it seemed to be just the right amount!
On the first day, the pain in the area where the Corang Aristocratic surgery was performed was not that severe, but the area where the autologous costal cartilage had to be removed was so painful. It hurt even when I breathed. If I cough, it's like death... It hurts so much even when I move. It hurts like a fractured rib. I
was surprised that the swelling was at its peak on the 3rd or 4th day.
It didn't really swell until the 2nd day, so I didn't think it would swell a lot. I was caught off guard. .It was extremely swollen, so I went for a lot of walks and drank a lot of pumpkin juice.
For three days, it was difficult and frustrating to breathe through my mouth because of the cotton in my nose. On the third day, the cotton in my nose finally came out. I never thought breathing through my nose
would be such a happy thing..
After about 5 days, it started to swell like a lie. It went down a bit.
On the 3rd to 4th day, my eyes were so swollen that I couldn't even open them, and I kept tearing up. But from the 5th day, the swelling gradually went down, and green and yellow bruises started to slowly come up. I removed the stuffy splint on the 6th day, and I thought about it when I removed the
splint
. It hurt a little more than that.. it felt like a heavy pain..? But as soon as I took it off, the world felt so much cooler~
I took off the splint and removed the stitches on the outside of my nose.
After the splint was removed, the doctor checked to see if the surgery went well. I was relieved to hear that it went very well. Also, the dead skin
cells that had accumulated due to the splint were removed through scrub care, which was great. It was so refreshing. It felt like a refreshing scratch on an area that had been itchy for several days
. It was amazing to see the swelling go down in real time the next day after the splint was removed.
The side lines also seemed to be prettier and my friends said the surgery went well.
The swelling is still in the philtrum area. It's very swollen, so the expression is a bit awkward, but I'm really satisfied with the side view, so I just keep looking at the side view haha.
The pain in the area where the costal cartilage was removed has decreased a bit, so there's no discomfort in everyday life, but it still hurts. The
incision in the mouth from the noble surgery didn't cause much discomfort after about the 5th day. I couldn't brush my teeth until the 3rd day, so even if I gargled, it was very uncomfortable.
Also, the part where the noble silicone was placed hurts so much when I smile that I can't smile well. I think this will get better over time. When I
compared before and after, I was very satisfied with the three-dimensional effect. I'm happy to hear that my image has changed a lot and has become more sophisticated.
There aren't many reviews about Noble Plastic Surgery using silicone, so I was worried about whether to have surgery or not. If you have any questions, ask me. I'll let you know.
